Membership Information

We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a member of the Pediatric Rheumatology Collaborative Study Group (PRCSG).

Please review the Bylaws to determine your qualifications for membership before completing the application. In order to complete the application, you will need to upload your CV and a short description of the following areas (see application form). If you are NOT at a PRCSG participating center you will need to submit descriptions for all three areas listed below as well as a New Center Survey. If you are at a PRCSG participating center, then only areas 1 and 2 will need to be described.

  1. Description of your pediatric rheumatology fellowship (for those performing fellowship out side of Canada or US please see PRCSG bylaws for required additional information),
  2. Description of your involvement in the treatment of children with pediatric rheumatic diseases (e.g. number of days in pediatric rheumatology clinic per week) and approximate number of pediatric rheumatology patients or visits per month or year,
  3. Description of your pediatric hospital including availability of other pediatric subspecialities such as ophthalmology, ICU, etc. This can be achieved by completing the New Center Survey
  4. Proof of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Protection (HSP) training
  5. Letter of recommendation (if applicable)

After we have this information, your application will be reviewed at the next meeting of the Advisory Council of the Pediatric Rheumatology Collaborative Study Group.
